Setiechinopsis: (Backbg.) Small plants greenish or brownish in color, long nocturnal flowers, narrow petals, scales on the tube have a bristle like extension, bristles in part present on the ovary, spindle shaped fruit is dry. According to Backeberg enough differences from Arthrocereus.
